About Microdosing

Microdosing isn’t a quick fix.
It’s “slow medicine” that subtly shifts your perspective.

Microdosing isn’t a magic pill.
It’s an ally in your own personal exploration and growth.

Microdosing isn’t a “one-off”.
It's an engaged practice.

Microdosing isn’t about changing your reality.
It’s about enhancing and improving your life.

Microdosing is about subtle shifts that become big transformations.

Combining Mindfulness with Microdosing

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

Mindfulness is a natural trait within us all.

We just need to learn to tap into it.

“Bringing together mindfulness and microdosing makes perfect synergic sense. Microdosing can elicit and support mindfulness during everyday life, and mindfulness can help to enhance the benefits of microdosing.” - Jorge N Ferrer, Leading scholar on Transformative Practices and Integral Epistemology at Esalen

Benefits of Microdosing and Mindfulness in a Group

Calm your nervous system

According to the Polyvagal Theory, engaging in a safe and supportive group can promote feelings of safety and connection.

Psychedelics are “non-specific amplifiers”, so it’s important we feel relaxed and calm.

Know you’re not alone

Witnessing others and being supported by peers helps us realize we are all just having human experiences - some good, some challenging. Psychedelics can help us feel more connected and less judgemental towards ourselves and others.

Be motivated, inspired & accountable

It’s easy to fall off track or lose motivation in your microdosing and mindfulness practice.s Meeting regularly with like-minded people seeking to grow and learn keeps us on track and moving forward.

“Almost without exception, the benefits of microdosing have been enhanced and accelerated when my clients have participated in a group.” -

Dana Harvey, Founder of The Flourish Academy

The Program

7 x 90 minute weekly zoom calls

  • A long enough program for transformation, but not too long to lose interest or motivation.

  • Each call includes a meditation, mindfulness practice or self-discovery exercise, group sharing and coaching or feedback from Dana Harvey.

Communication via email and Whatsapp

  • Educational videos, PDFs and resources between calls.

  • No new apps to download and struggle to learn.

Microdosing, journaling & other exercises

  • Practice what you learn to maximize the benefits.

  • Track and record to notice the subtle benefits that creep in.

Closing breathwork ceremony

  • An opportunity to deepen your benefits and celebrate your transformation!

The Process

  • We start where you are at right now and take stock of what’s going on in your life. We look at what you can already be doing to enhance neuroplasticity and transformation so that when we add in the microdosing, you are already on your way.

  • Next, we get really clear on your “why” for the program and help you craft a powerful intention to guide your journey. A clear intention has been proven to support the benefits of a microdosing practice.

  • Now, it’s time to get ready to microdose! We’ll determine your starting protocol and dosage and prepare you for your first day.

  • With access to a safe, tested and trusted source of sacred mushrooms, it’s time to start Microdosing.

  • As you develop your relationship with the mushrooms, you will be offered guidance on rituals and modalities that can support your experience and continue to inspire and motivate your personal transformation.

  • Witnessing and sharing your experience within ain intimate community will accelaret and enhance your transformation.

Microdosing for Transformation FAQs

  • The full program investment, including product cost,  journal and reflections templates, 7x live group sessions facilitated by Dana Harvey, PDFs, videos + 2 hour guided breathwork ceremony, and 1 x reunion session is only $999 CAD + tax!

  • We will connect you with a trusted supplier of mushrooms who will provide your first 30+ microdoses at no cost (except shipping, which is usually around $15 and will be added to your program invoice.)

  • Payment plans are available with an additional $20 administrative cost.

  • Microdosing is not meant to be done every day. We will provide education and guidance to help you develop a protocol for dosing some days and not dosing other days during the course of our time together. We will not start incorporating microdosing until after our second session together as we want to ensure you are well prepared for the experience.

  • Sure, you can microdose on your own. But if you are looking for safety, accountability, new ideas and practices to optimize your microdosing, inspiration, and a supportive community to share your journey with, microdosing in a group is the way to go. Almost without exception, Dana Harvey and her microdosing guide peers have found the benefits of microdosing to be accelerated and enhanced in the context of a group container.

  • Microdosing has the potential to alleviate many mental health issues and, in most cases, the practice is safe. Your application to join the program includes a mental health questionnaire that will help us assess your suitability.

That being said, we are not licensed medical or mental health professionals, so we also highly recommend that you discuss this program with your healthcare provider.

If you have a diagnosis of schizophrenia, severe depression or bipolar disorder, microdosing may not be right for you.

  • Many people are curious about microdosing as an alternative to pharmaceuticals, and often people taper off medications supported by microdosing. Your application to join the program includes a medication questionnaire that will help us assess your suitability. If we are uncertain of contraindications of your medicine with microdosing, we consult with a clinical pharmacist.

That being said, we are not licensed medical or mental health professionals, so we also highly recommend that you discuss this program with your healthcare provider. DO NOT TAPER OFF MEDICATIONS WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE AND SUPPORT YOUR MEDICAL PROVIDER.

  • We believe that microdosing enhances and accelerates the work you do yourself. So, the more you put into your practice, the more you will get out of it.You may choose to embrace new habits and incorporate new modalities into your life to support your microdosing practice. Those will take as much time as you choose to commit to.

We will meet for 90 minutes each week. We also recommend you set aside a minimum of 15 minutes per day for journaling, tracking and creating a ritual or setting for microdosing, and a few minutes for checking in and contributing to our community Whatsapp chat.

  • Live sessions are not recorded, and when you commit to the program, you are expected to attend unless there are extenuating circumstances. It’s hard to build a safe, intimate community when some participants aren’t committed or in attendance. That being said, we know that “life happens” and sometimes there are legitimate reasons you can’t attend. If that is the case, we ask that you let your other group members know in our community Whatsapp chat.

  • The legal status and ramifications around psilocybin mushrooms differ from place to place. Please ensure you are aware of legislation in your area, and make an informed decision to participate in the program accordingly.

Why Join?

Safe, supported, intentional psychedelic use can help you shift paradigms, break negative thought patterns, and gain new perspectives. Clinical trials and real-life reports, combined, indicate that psychedelics and plant medicines — when used intentionally and with support — can be powerful catalysts for positive transformation.

Microdosing in an intimate group structure has been found to accelerate and enhance transformation as, together, we witness each other, support each other, learn from each other, and co-regulate one anothers’ nervous systems.
